Hello! It's almost the end of the school year, so that means that Father's Day is soon! My dad loves to fish and I was wondering what to make him. The Fishing Bobber/Floaty that I made him, was a big hit with him for Christmas a couple of years ago and I wanted to make him something else that was fishing inspired. The Fishing Bobber/Floaty is a free pattern and you can find it here. After some thinking and brainstorming with Sean, I came up with the idea for a worm on a hat hook. I think it turned out super cute and I'm sharing it as a free pattern, just don't show my dad! I haven't gave him his yet! :) Scroll down for the free pattern.

I'm from the south and I love a good fried egg but I'm not very good at making them, at least not every time. So, I love poaching eggs! Scroll down for the written instructions and video tutorial.

Ziggy Is One!
Hello! As most of you know, last summer I adopted a sweet little black kitten. I named him Ziggy after my love of reggae music and he has fit right in to our little family. From the start, he has loved to lay on my feet or lap whenever he can. If he's not sleepy, he drops toys at my feet to get my attention and he loves to fetch sometimes too!
